Shadow Coaching

What:

The coach shadows or observes them in action while performing a task in a real life setting such as: when chairing a meeting, mingling in a social setting, speaking to a crowd, etc and provides immediate feedback on their performance after the task is done.

Who:

• Senior leaders who need to perform well in a short space of time where role plays and rehearsals are part of the coaching intervention with shadow coaching conducted to evaluate the coaching effectiveness;
• Hands on for senior leaders who learn better and faster when in action.

How:

Length of Relationship	Range from 1 to 6 months
Frequency	Twice a month or subject to major event taking place
Duration	Range from 1.5 hours to a whole day session subject to the scope of work.
Methodology	Consists of these parts:  Pre session: plan the event and establish the areas to watch out for.  During the session: watches the incumbent inaction:  Post session: Provides written, and/or verbal feedback with brainstorming proposed actions.
Price Range	Master Certified Coach: RM3k – 4k per 1.5 hour session Professional Certified Coach: RM2k – RM2.5k per 1.5 hour session Associate Certified Coach: RM1k – RM1.8k per 1.5 hour session
