Delivery Mode

Our programs are delivered through face to face workshops in Kuala Lumpur or through distance learning via Tele-classes

​Our Partnership Terms  

1. Full payment upon registration.
2. A 30% forfeiture of the total fees will be deducted for cancellation with less than 7 working days’ notice, with the balance of 70% to be used to pay for the next program. 
3. A full refund will be made should the program be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. In the event of any difference in fees structure in the next program, the balance has to be settled.
5. A levy of RM150 or USD50 shall be imposed for those who do not turn up for class with less than 48 hour’s notice.
6. The company reserves the rights to change the venue or date of program if deem necessary.
7. All payment to be made through cheque made payable to Corporate Coach Academy Sdn Bhd when attending the program in Malaysia.
8. All payment to be paid in USD through telegraphic transfer to Corporate Coach Academy Sdn Bhd with transfer fees and other charges to be borne by the payee.
