This Section explains who we are : the fact that we are ICF Coaches means we are Global Coaches who are graduates of the ICF-ACTP accredited programs, the foremost in  world class coach-learning that give us these powers over others.

Programs
There are 6 types of coaching programs:

(a) Coaching Services

We provide a series of personal and group coaching support for individuals and small groups to help them achieve their goals and/overcome their underlying root causes in order for them to forge ahead in their lives. Some areas of coaching are : executive & leadership coaching, business coaching, organizational group coaching and life personal coaching.

(b) Non Certification Programs made up of Short Programs and Coaching Clinics

2. Empowerment Coaching (ECT)

3. High Performance Coaching (HPC)

4. Life & Executive Coaching (LEC)

5. Business & Organizational Coaching (BOC)

(c) Certification Programs

(i) Certified Professional Coach (CPC) Program


Here, details of the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) program including its Certification Summary are provided. This is the full certification program that is conducted over about 7 months and comprises 5 coach-learning modules and 2 Coaching Clinics. There are 2 modes of delivery: face to face or teleclasses.

(ii) Certified Associate Coach (CAC) Program

The Certified Associate Coach (CAC) program including its Certification Summary is a shorter program comprising 3 coach-learning modules and 1 Coaching Clinic. There are 2 modes of delivery: face to face or teleclasses.

(d) Action Learning Programs
We support organizations with highly innovative, customized and action learning  programs that are designed  to peak up their organizational performance through a range of offerings which can accelerate learning and skill transfer with sustainable results.

(e) Coach Consultancy Programs

We support organizations on major organizational initiatives. Some of them are: Organizational Restructuring, Right Sizing and Ooutplacement; Structural Realignment Initiatives, Talent Development, ec. Here, a team of coaches work with key stakeholders to plan, strategize, execute and track progress from beginning to end.

(f) In-house Programs
We provide customized in-house programs to organizations as well. Such programs include team building, high performance systems, presentation skills, coaching for workplace managers and leaders, etc.
